The Earth and Sciences Library at UC Berkeley has a number of Russian topographoc maps, some of them available online. The catalog is divided up by country and those countries for which maps are available include former Soviet Republics and Eatern Bloc countries as well as others such the United Arab Emirates, parts of Indonesia, Ghana and others. Scale varies from 1:25,000 to 1:250,000.
