The Aboriginal Mapping Network has a listing of some more Canadian spatial data sources. The focus here seems to be on British Columbia but a number of other provincial sources are mentioned as well. Some of those listed here do not necessarily have data available for free download (for example, Ontario’s Geospatial Data Exchange for which you need to be a member) and were not included in the list I had put together earlier.
