Northwest Environment Watch “provides reports, story ideas, commentary, expert sources, and analysis on the Cascadia Scorecard trends and regional solutions.” It also has a collection of interesting maps relating to urban growth and infrastructure issues. some of the maps are animated gifs showing the urban development of various Cascadia cities. These maps make a case for the presence of more animated gifs on the web.
