Spy imagery agency prepares to record Rita

Today’s online edition of
The Globe and Mail offers a story (registration may be required but is free) on the little known American
National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Having been mostly focused on intelligence gathering outside of the United States, the agency’s satellites have turned their attention to American locales, particularly along the Gulf coast, in the the wake of Hurricane Katrina and now Rita.
